Since I always have to check my PC for new email, I figured out a way to have my PC notify me when I have unread email waiting. Using the Griffin Powermate ($30.00 - Aluminum Dial, volume controler, multiple application enhancer) pulse functions, I wrote a small application (Konfabulator.com Widget) that will automatically pulse the Dials Blue light when new email is received.
