I have only tested this with Mac OSX Tiger and my HW6515 with Cingular Service.
Steps:
1. Download this GSM modem script and place it in your Library/Modem Scripts (MAIN Library, not user library) - http://www.taniwha.org.uk/files/iPAQ-GSM-2005-04.sit
2. Pair Your hw6515 with your Mac (Do this from the Mac side) -Bluetooth | Setup New Device | Any Device.
3. After Pairing is complete - goto your MAC Bluetooth Preferences for the Pocket Pc you just paired. Highlight your PocketPC and Click Edit Serial ports. You should see one or two serial ports listed.
(If a Dial-up Networking port is not listed, be sure to check your hw6515's bluetooth settings and select the option to allow Dialup networking.) This option is found in the Bluetooth Settings | Services. I only checked the ENABLE Service option. OK... Back to the Bluetooth Serial Port options in Mac... The Dialup Networking Port/Service needs to be set to Port Type = Modem and Show in Network Prefs. CHECKED.
4. Close the Mac System Preferences. and Re-open System Preferences. Goto your Network Prefs. You should now see a new service/port deteced and installed. Now we set this up like a dialup modem.
PPP/Dialup Settings: Remember this is only for use with Cingular.
Under PPP TAB:
Service Provider: WAP.CINGULAR
Account Name: WAP.CINGULARGPRS.COM
Password: CINGULAR1
Telephone Number: *99#
---Click PPP Options and UN-CHECK EVERTHING (Not totally tested, but worked)
Under the MODEM TAB:
Modem: iPAQ GSM (This is the modem script you installed).

5. You should now try and DIAL NOW...
USA Cingular (With acceleration) ISP.CINGULAR ISPDA@CINGULARGPRS.COM CINGULAR1
