FIXED:
Once BlackICE is fully installed, please add the following statement to the top of the sigs.ini file:
debugLog.clear=INFORMATION DATABASE SPATCH FIREWALL EXCEPTION
Save and close the file and restart the BlackICE engine.

BlackIce Enterprise Firewall Blackd.log file grows to fill drive
