iPhone Weathericon removed, but still showing a badge... Fix!

Open in plist editor:
/var/mobile/Library/Springboard/applicationstate.plist

finding your bundle identifier (in my case com.apple.weather, the default weather.app) and delete the key information (ie. Badge & current displayed temp). Re-spring or Reboot iPhone... DONE
